​Asharqia Chamber signs a community partnership memorandum with the Friends of Football Players Association​

Asharqia Chamber, today, Thursday, December 19, 2019, signed a societal partnership memorandum with the Friends of Football Soccer Charitable Association, which is concerned with the care and support of low-income people from old players and their families, and the development of existing players.

​The partnership memorandum stipulated that the association would benefit from the conference’s lecture rooms and seminars to hold events and their programs, as well as free seats for old players and their families in a number of training programs implemented by the chamber. The private through its employment center, and makes it easy for the association to access businessmen in the region to introduce them to the association, its services and programs, and many other items that stimulate the society's activities in the eastern region.​

The contract was signed by the Chamber's Chairman, Abdul-Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khaldi, and by the Association of Friends of Football Players Charitable, Captain Majid Ahmed Abdullah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Friends of Football Soccer Charitable Association, in the presence of both the Secretary-General of the Chamber, Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabil, And a number of members of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, and a selection of sports and media officials interested in football in the Eastern Province​.

The Chairman of the chamber explained that the agreement is an important step for cooperation and strengthening joint work between the chamber and the association in what it aims for and what it presents from a lofty message; where the charitable work that is an integral part of the message of our true religion and our dear kingdom, saying: (Our mission is all to provide help and assistance For all categories of needy people from this generous nation.)​

Al-Khaldi emphasized that football has a deep and original meaning in spreading and establishing good morals among its fans and followers. If football players adhere to good morals and do good actions, they have a great impact on the millions of people who follow them, relate to them and are affected by their behavior, praising the pioneers of Saudi football, Who have always been role models and good examples in expressing tolerant sports ethics in all local and foreign football spheres.​

For this part, Captain Majid Abdullah expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Ashariqa Chamber, and its great support to the association, stressing that this agreement will have a significant impact on achieving the goals of the association and delivering its message to the business sector in the eastern region.
